PURCHASING

It's simple.

  1. Choose your crypto (BTC, ETH...) and the amount.
  2. Pay securely by card (Stripe/PayPal).
  3. Receive your gift card code instantly by email.
Absolutely. It's the easiest way to introduce someone to crypto. Log in to your account and send the gift card via the associated menu with the code.
Security is our top priority. We never store your card details. All payments are processed by Stripe. Our gift cards are uniquely generated for institutional reliability.

Transparency is core to us. Our fees (8% base, discounts by level) are not "margin". They cover the real, unavoidable costs of this anti-friction operation:

  • Payment fees (card): Processors (Stripe/PayPal) charge ~2-3%.
  • Exchange fees: Our partners charge ~1-1.5%.
  • Operational fees (NyxCard): The remainder (~2-4%) covers platform management, security, and customer support.

NYX BANK CARDS

NyxCard may offer two card formats, issued under our partner’s card programme. Which format is available depends on the product (BIN) and options at the time you order.

Virtual card

It exists only in digital form: after identity verification (KYC), you manage it from your customer area. It is suited to online payments and, when the issuer and your device support it, can be added to a mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). There is no plastic card in the mail; issuance is usually faster than for a physical card.

Physical card

This is a plastic card for in-store (terminal) and online use, subject to the product’s terms. Activation, production, or shipping may take longer than for a virtual card. Whether you get a virtual or physical card depends on the card type offered when you subscribe.
